How does the Fed process work for our clients ?

The first stage consists of a discovery meeting, during which we aim to understand how your organization works, what your challenges are, and discover what makes your team unique.

All the candidates we present to you will have been contacted beforehand to present the position for which you wish to recruit. If the candidate is interested and wishes to apply, only then will we send you their CV.

How does the Fed process work for our candidates ?

Before the interviews, our consultants are available to coach you: optimizing your CV, presenting your skills and experiences, etc. We then keep you constructively and precisely informed throughout the recruitment process, whether the response is positive or negative. We accompany you until you find the offer that makes you say yes! And we won’t leave you alone after that! Depending on your needs, we are also by your side to guide you in the contractual and financial aspects of your new position, and during the integration period into your new job.
